INFORMATION TO STUDENTS

1. Issue of conduct Certificate
A student who has been issued a conduct certificate will not ordinarily be allowed to get a duplicate before the expiry of a period of six months from the date of issue. While applying for a certificate the candidate has to mantion the purpose and substantiate it by producing related documents. All certificates relating to conduct, appearance in the examination, continuance of studentship etc will be given in the proforma prescribed

by the College for conduct certificate. A student securing at least 60% of attendance will only be issued certificate for receiving amid session transfer allowance and retention of Government quarters by, parents and for reimbursement of admission expenses etc.
A student who has appeared in the examination and whose result has not been published can be issued conduct certificate/appearance certificate once only it T.C. has not been taken.

2. Attestation of forms/Photographs Etc for entrance Examination:
Attestatiion of forms and photographs for different entrance examinations by the Head of the Institution will be done only it such examinations are sponsored / conducted / recognised by any State Government / Central Government and other statutory bodies. Students are advised not to approach the authority for attestation of applications of tutorial/coaching institutes. Such forms will be verified/attested only in respect of students currently studying in the College on production of valid Identity card and other relevant documents.

3. issue of Duplicate identity Cards
For issue of duplicate Identity Card, for the second time, a student has to submit application along with an affidavit mentioning the reason for loss, Duplicate Identity Card will not be issued to a student of final year class after the filling-in of his/her form for examination.

4. Issue of duplicate leaving certificate
Duplicate Colklege Leaving Cetificate may be isued to a student with the following conditions, to pursue studies only.
a) Affidavit form the student/guardian to the effect of loss of theft of CLC.
b) In case of theft, FIR copy and copy of the final report from the police authority.
c) Undertaking from the student/guardian that the CLC is being taken to be used only for the purpose mentioned.

No Ragging
1 All students of the college have to sign an undertaking during admission to the effect that the student will not resort to ragging activities or any other act of misbehaviour in the college premises or outside to be newly admitted students. In case it is found that a student is involved in such ragging activities, he will be sent home and his name shall be struck-off from the institution.
